For full wedding planning I would suggest a year and a half to a year out! For partial planning and day-of coordination, I would suggest booking as soon as you have your wedding venue, vendors, and wedding date secured! For private events, I would suggest booking 6-8 months out.
How far in advance should we book your services?
Rita Ellis Events primarily serves the North and South Fork of Long Island, however, if you are interested in my company and want to discuss a wedding or event outside of this area please reach out to me and we can discuss it!
Do you only do weddings and events on the North AND SOUTH Fork of Long Island?
Once you have decided on a package that works best for you, I will draft up a contract for you! At the time of signing your contract your first deposit is due. Then you are officially booked with Rita Ellis Events! Please reach out to me to inquire about pricing and the payment schedule!
What does the booking process look like?
