Rita and her team set up the ceremony and reception details exactly as discussed, packed everything up at the end of the night, and graciously remembered everyone’s names from immediate family to the bridal party. Honestly, I cannot imagine what the day would have been like if Rita wasn’t there as our fearless leader.

I hired her for day of wedding planning and she is a star. Not only is Rita a total sweetheart, but she is so professional, organized, extremely well connected on the North Fork and just so impressive overall. I hate planning/organizing and she made the process so easy and stress free for me and my family leading up to the wedding day.

Where do I even start? All month leading up to the day she delivered. She was the primary communicator to all our vendors when we got close which was the biggest relief for us. She was so easy to work with, compliments coming from my venue itself saying how accommodating she was and how well she worked with everyone.
From timeline, small malfunctions, communication, understanding, personality, she had it all. I could not, could not have gotten through this day without her by my side. James as well could not stop talking about how helpful she was the entire day, she kept both our families on track.

Rita is creative, organized and reliable! She had great ideas and was always available to talk! On the day of our wedding, Rita helped us all to keep calm and be in the moment. I knew Rita would handle all the little things and she did just that and MORE! She even put my veil on at church and was fixing my hair and dress throughout photos! Rita came highly recommended to us from our photographer and florist and we are so glad we were able to work together. Our first in person meeting she came prepared with her binder specifically for our wedding and asked us so many questions, many that I never even thought of! While not being able to make some meetings ourselves, she met with my mom and the venue/caterer/tent company and filled us in with more details than we could have imagined. Her organization is off the charts!
The day-of the wedding Rita and her team were professional and made the day run so smooth, my husband and I weren't stressed about anything. Even our guests came up to us and told us how amazing Rita was to them throughout the whole day. 10/10, 5 Stars, Rita Ellis is the best coordinator there is.

She was available to answer all of my questions and help with anything I needed at the drop of a hat the month leading up to the wedding & day of. If you’re thinking about hiring her stop thinking and just do it. Rita & her team were extremely professional and kept the day running smooth and stress free. I wasn’t stressed for a second on the day of my wedding all thanks to her from making the perfect day of timeline to the floor plan & setting up my tons of decor everything was incredible. Anything we needed she was able to execute it-even the entire wedding party commented on how amazing she was.
